All orders can be collected free from our Lilongwe collection point, or we can deliver anywhere across Malawi. Delivery costs are paid by the customer. Collections are accepted within 7 days of collection or delivery for eligible items.
Collection (Free)
All orders may be collected free of charge from our collection point:
- Location: Area 3, Room 12, Jadil Hedrian House, Lilongwe, Malawi
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
- Sunday: Closed
You will receive a WhatsApp or email notification when your order is ready for collection. Please bring your order confirmation (screenshot or printed) and a valid form of identification.
Delivery
We deliver across Malawi. Delivery costs are paid by the customer. The delivery fee depends on your location and will be communicated to you after your order is placed. Payment of the delivery fee must be made before or at the time of delivery.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only, calculated from the date of dispatch. Delays may occur due to public holidays, adverse weather, or courier disruptions. TechMart is not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control.
Items Not in Stock
Products not currently in stock are ordered from the United Kingdom and shipped twice every month. If you order an out-of-stock product, we will confirm the expected arrival date and notify you when it is ready for collection or dispatch.
Delivery Issues
Damaged on Arrival
If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours with your order number, photographs of the item and packaging, and a description of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Wrong Item
If you receive a product different from what you ordered, contact us immediately. We will arrange collection of the wrong item and dispatch the correct one at no cost.
Collections Policy
We accept Collections within 7 calendar days of collection or delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be unused and in its original, undamaged packaging
- All accessories, documentation, and bundled items must be included
- A valid order number must be provided
Accepted Collection Reasons
- Product is defective or not working on arrival
- Wrong product was sent
- Product is significantly different from the description on the website
Change of Mind Collections
Change of mind Collections are accepted only if the product is unused, sealed in its original packaging, and Collectioned within 7 days. The customer is responsible for any delivery costs associated with Collectioning the product.
Non-Collectionable Items
- Products that have been used, damaged, or modified
- Products Collectioned without original packaging or accessories
- Products Collectioned after the 7-day window without prior approval
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment method. Delivery charges paid by the customer are non-refundable unless the Collection is due to our error.
